We used to have a 1991 Ford Taurus station wagon, Automatic, with the classic spongy American suspension. A great big ugly, unwieldy slug of a car. We bought it for $800 from French friends of ours, and for that reason i always thought of the car as a bit French. When all added up the car reminded me of the Amiot 143.
