It's all about me

.
People are so self obsessed.
Me, on the other hand, I am not self obsessed at all. Just the other day I was talking to some people whose eyes had glazed over about just how un-self-obssessed I was. I went into exquisite and peerless detail about how I was a genius with superb taste in all things and I am sure they agreed with me... etc etc gout etc brandy etc tea and medals etc etc

Hmmm... If you did ever suspect that your audience felt that you were self-obsessed, you'd have to Do Something about it. Probably the best approach would be to stop talking about yourself, and suggest that your audience talk about you for a while instead.

Yes, that would do it.

That would depend, I would think, on how awesome they think you are...

(However, you flew to Canada on a whim tainted only slightly with ulterior motives - thats pretty awesome in my book.)
